At Blue Bungalow, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund, exchange, or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a size exchange, or a store credit with a bonus top-up.

  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
